1. Seller
Rona Cards is sold by Rona Labs, Morocco. Contact for purchases, order questions, complaints, returns, and support: cards@rona-labs.com.
2. Products and services

3. Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and coupons
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Current standard prices may include:
- Rona Card / Premium: 279 MAD;
- Rona Elite: 379 MAD;
- Business Link Card: from 229 MAD;
- Business bulk pricing according to the quantity displayed at checkout.
Delivery fees, discounts, coupons, and any applicable total are shown before order confirmation where applicable. Prices may change, but confirmed orders keep the price accepted at checkout unless the order is cancelled, refunded, or corrected by agreement.
Coupons may have expiry dates, usage limits, product restrictions, free-shipping rules, or fraud-prevention checks. Coupons have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise.
4. Order process
Before confirming an order, you are responsible for reviewing the selected product, quantity, plan, shipping details, phone number, payment method, coupon, and total price. By confirming the order, you request production and delivery of the selected product.
We may refuse, cancel, or request verification for orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, technically impossible, incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, or outside our delivery/fulfillment capacity.
5. Payment methods
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders may require proof of payment before production or delivery. Cash on delivery orders must be paid at delivery according to the delivery partner's process.
Do not send payment to anyone claiming to represent Rona Cards unless the payment details match the official checkout or official written instructions from cards@rona-labs.com.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 5-7 business days after order confirmation and production readiness, unless a different estimate is shown or communicated. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by city, address accuracy, stock, printing queue, delivery partner availability, holidays, weather, force majeure, or failed contact attempts.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reachable. If delivery fails because the address, phone number, or availability is incorrect, additional delivery fees or delays may apply.
7. Physical card customization and production
Rona Cards are configured to point to your profile or destination URL. Some orders may include personalized or account-specific programming, printing, QR generation, or business/team configuration. You must verify your profile URL, business URL, shipping details, and order information before production.
Small visual variations in physical materials, print finish, color, or NFC placement may occur and are not defects unless they materially affect use or differ substantially from the confirmed order.
8. Trial and lifetime access
The free trial gives temporary access for evaluation. If the trial expires before purchase or permanent activation, access to editing and/or public profile availability may be restricted according to the platform rules.
"Lifetime access" means access to the purchased Rona Cards digital profile features for the life of the Rona Cards service, while your account remains in good standing and subject to these terms. It does not mean that every feature will remain unchanged forever, nor does it override lawful suspension, security restrictions, or discontinuation caused by legal, technical, or force majeure events. If we ever discontinue a material paid service, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and, where practical, export options or an equivalent remedy.
9. Cancellation, withdrawal, and returns
Moroccan consumer protection rules may give consumers a right of withdrawal in certain distance-sale cases. Where a mandatory right applies, we will respect it.
You may request cancellation before production, programming, personalization, or shipping begins. Once a physical card has been produced, programmed, personalized, shipped, or delivered, returns or cancellation may be refused except where required by law or where the product is defective, wrong, or materially non-conforming.
Digital services may begin immediately when you create an account, start a trial, edit a profile, use AI import, publish a profile, or access the dashboard. Where permitted by law, starting or using the digital service may affect cancellation or withdrawal remedies for the digital part of the purchase.
10. Defects, damaged items, and wrong orders
If your card arrives damaged, does not correspond to the confirmed order, or cannot be read by compatible NFC devices after normal troubleshooting, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details, photos/video where relevant, and a description of the issue.
When a defect or wrong order is confirmed, we may repair, replace, reprogram, resend, or refund the affected item depending on the situation and applicable law.
NFC compatibility depends on the recipient device. A card is not considered defective only because a specific phone has NFC disabled, lacks NFC support, has a blocking case/accessory, or requires different tap positioning. QR and direct links remain fallback sharing methods.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using a reasonable method depending on the original payment method, order status, and available payment rails. Delivery fees, payment handling costs, or production costs may be non-refundable where legally permitted and where the order has already been prepared, shipped, or attempted.
Refunds may be refused for misuse, fraud, repeated failed delivery caused by the customer, damage after delivery, unauthorized resale, or change of mind after production/personalization where no mandatory withdrawal right applies.
12. Business and bulk orders
Business and bulk orders may involve multiple cards, team member data, branding, CSV imports, business URLs, and print/production coordination. The customer is responsible for verifying names, titles, URLs, quantities, branding assets, and delivery details before production.
Custom team or enterprise quotes may include additional written terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the signed or expressly accepted custom terms apply for that order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Support and complaints
For order support, complaints, cancellation requests, withdrawal questions, delivery issues, or defect claims, contact cards@rona-labs.com. Please include your order reference, account email, phone number, and a clear description of the issue.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by Moroccan law unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent Moroccan courts, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
