You may not use lead data for spam, unlawful solicitation, resale, or unrelated purposes without appropriate permission.

7. AI CV import

Eligible users may upload a CV or resume for AI-assisted profile creation. AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, formatting issues, or inaccurate summaries. You must review and correct all AI-generated content before publishing it.

You must only upload CVs, documents, images, and personal data that you have the right to process and share with Rona Cards.

8. NFC and QR behavior

NFC behavior depends on the recipient's phone, operating system, settings, case, NFC hardware, and browser. Rona Cards cannot guarantee that NFC will work on every device. QR and direct profile links may be used as fallback sharing methods.

You may stop using Rona Cards at any time. You may request deletion of your account, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.

13. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rona Cards reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, security incidents, internet failures, third-party provider issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated by email, dashboard notice, or website notice where appropriate.

14. Disclaimers

Rona Cards is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to mandatory legal warranties that cannot be excluded.
