Rona Cards is a digital business card platform that allows users to create, manage, and share professional profiles via NFC-enabled cards and web links. We provide tools for building digital profiles, managing links, showcasing portfolios, and sharing contact information.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rona Cards to:

• Upload or display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content through your digital card.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rona Cards platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of Rona Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your profile (photos, text, links). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content as part of your digital card.

6. NFC Cards

Physical Rona Cards with NFC technology are sold as-is. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee compatibility with every device. NFC functionality depends on the recipient's device capabilities.

Lost, stolen, or damaged physical cards may be subject to replacement fees. Contact us for assistance.

7. Privacy

Your use of Rona Cards is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rona Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Rona Cards platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rona Cards at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
